The Seven Oaks Kinloch Triathlon Festival is on the weekend of February 14-15, on the shores of Lake Taupō at Kinloch village. There are eight different events, bringing in more than 300 competitors and their supporters.

Volunteers from Tri-Sport Taupō have been working for months behind the scenes to ensure a successful event.

The Kinloch Triathlon Festival is the oldest running triathlon in the country, beating Ironman NZ by a month back in 1984.
