Building fire in Taupō

A fire in a building on Tauhara Rd close to the BP Station early this morning saw multiple fire appliances respond.
Tauhara Rd between Miro St and Hatton St was still closed off for about five hours but was open again by 11.15am.
Fire and Emergency was alerted at 5.43am. Further details are expected soon from Police and Fire and Emergency.
